THE SCIENCE OF VESSEL

About Our Leather

Vessel Spring Water is sourced on a private ranch in the Arapaho National Forest. It is an untouched source at 10,000 feet elevation and reportedly is over 30,000 years old. It doesn’t contain any radiation, acid rain, nuclear fallout, or trace minute water pollutants that exists in about roughly 90% of the world’s water resources. The source is also known to have "H302 "water which is a naturally structured “living” water, which gives maximum hydration quicker, faster and with more efficiency than any other water. The living water will make your cells of your body permeable again which release many toxins and allow more nutrients to be absorbed. Vessel water comes from a unique rock formation and the theory is it filters the water before it reaches the surface at a constant 40 degrees. Geologists believe the water was deposited into the bedrock laid down tens of thousands of years ago along with the water trapped until the spring was discovered. Combined with the glass packaging Vessel is the healthiest bottled water on the market.

In the bottled water industry the pH level of your water is a hot commodity. Excessively high and low pHs can cause health hazards for the body and contaminates your water. A diet high in acidity which is pH levels lower than 6.5 leads to weight gain. A diet too high in alkaline which is pH levels higher than 8 leads to the inability to metabolize key nutrients. High pH causes a bitter taste, water pipes and water-using appliances become encrusted with deposits and it depresses the effectiveness of the disinfection of chlorine, thereby causing the need for additional chlorine when pH is high. Low-pH water will corrode or dissolve metals and other substances. The pH of water determines the solubility and the conditions that can be utilized by aquatic life of chemical constituents such as nutrients (phosphorus, nitrogen, and carbon) and heavy metals (lead, copper, cadmium, etc.). Some contributing factors that determine pH levels are bedrock and soil composition where the water is located.

What pH also measures is the concentration of hydrogen ion in a solution. For example, orange juice has a pH of 3.3, which means it’s acidic. Black coffee has a pH of about 5, baking soda is around 9, and bleach has a pH of 12. Vessel Spring Water is a perfect 7.33 bringing balance to the body and regulating metabolic processes. Your body likes to stay at around a blood pH of 7.4, which is almost neutral. The pH of your body depends on how well your kidneys are doing their job.

Spring water versus all other types is the best water to drink because it provides vital nutrients throughout the body strengthening your organs. Providing much needed oxygen to the body and the brain, aiding in good digestion, helping sustain a healthy weight, and offering exquisite taste. This boosts the amount of good oxygen that your body releases, and helps your body oxygenate better. Spring water doesn’t just pass through your body; it helps your cells heal themselves. Blood absorbs inhaled oxygen, and then it reacts with food (sugars) to produce energy and heat, known as metabolism. The less water you have, the slower your metabolism.
