SHIPPING POLICY
Vessel Spring Water does not ship or deliver over the weekend and holidays. If we are expecting a high volume of orders please allow up until 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped. You will receive an email about shipment confirmation, order tracking, and updates via email through vesselspringwater@gmail.com. We do not ship to P.O.boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We currently only ship to Canada and Mexico pertaining to international orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may cancel your order up until before you receive your tracking email that notifies you when your Vessel case is being shipped. Once your order is shipped, you cannot request a refund.
